3 options for bad hair days (natural hair)
Updated: Jan 23, 2021

I have literally woken up in the morning ready to jump out of bed so I can get ready for work only to realize that my scarf came off during the night and my hair is now a mess.
This usually brings on a level of anxiousness that makes the rest of the the morning hectic and unbelievably hard.
Mind you I am NOT a morning person, so it takes a lot to not allow this to completely ruin the rest of the day. I now have 3 tricks that I use to keep my nerves at bay on these days
And I'm going to share them with you.
p.s, I resolved my headscarf slip up the issue and will tell you all about it shortly. Here is how
Tip #1: Wear a headwrap
Consider having a go-to wrap that is always on hand, InfinitelyGracious carries African tye and Dye prints sourced from Nigeria that is a statement piece.

ADIRE head-wraps are created by in the south western part of Nigeria. It is a art form that has been in the Yoruba culture since the early 1900s.
ADIRE is a "Tie and Dye" fabric, each with its own "fingerprint" no two piece are identical
Tip #2: Have a go-to wig:
Here are my top 3 go-to options. I love going for a wig that's similar to my natural hairstyle, so I don't feel completely off.
A. Hergivenhair - this is the most expensive on the list and it is an investment. this is the go-to for a realistic natural hair look
B. Janet Collection carries so many great wigs, Here are two that I will recommend
C. Sensationnel Curls Kinks & Co Synthetic Hair Empress Lace Front Wig - BOSS LADY is another favorite

Check out a tutorial by Theheartsandcake90, she is a go-to for awesome inexpensive wigs
TIP#3: Try a simple go-to bun style
This will require that you have some styling products on hand. Grab your

, favorite gel ( i use a combination of eco styler gel and Gots2Bgel and your snag-free scrunchies
Simple halo braid, bun with Marley hair or clip in ponytail
I have a tutorial you can check out :)
I have since resolved my scarf issue with this headwrap, which stays put all night and has enough slip to keep my natural hair moisturized.
You can thank me later :)
I hope you enjoyed learning the 3 tricks for getting through a bad hair day.
Wear a headwrap/turban, dust off your favorite go-to wig, and master the simple bun style.
